Here's a couple of places where you can score some free icons to improve the usability of your site. I'm sure there's plenty more out there and would love to hear about them. These icons are nice looking 128×128 icons all posted on a Wikimedia Commons page for easy use, and are all licensed under GNU Lesser General Public License. FamFamFam also generously offered a png copy of some more icons. Check em out.
